touch-up paint

My car's put away for the winter and there's 18" of snow on the ground but I'm dreaming of spring and the things that need to get done.

Anyone know where I can get one of those little cans of touch up paint so I can fix up some chipped areas?
There's a little sticker under the trunk lid and it says the color is "Grgrio F Umd ME T 899/F"
