Hi all.
Having removed my soft top frame, I noticed 2 large spacers/washers that attach between the frame and car body. Do they go on the top hole or bottom hole?

Also, can anyone tell me what the metal lug on the top the rear quarter window is for. Do they hold the cables? If so, how do you attach the cables when they are enclosed in the tops seams.
