Per Evans wishes, if you want to address situations such as this, please post a general announcement asking for PM's rather than posting all of the details. I considered buying some rare pistons from this person a few months ago, but I was aware of others that had experienced difficulties and decided against the purchase. I was quite pleased to have heard of problems from others.

While I appreciate information concerning scams and scammers, Evan has valid concerns about potential litigation resulting from posts on his forum. It's a fuzzy line between alerts and libel and Evan has no desire to be involved in a lawsuit.
