76 for 79 Roll Bar

I have a 79 Spider 2000.

Will a roll bar from a 76 Spider fit my 79?

I don't see why not. What kind of rollbar do you have? is it an autopower roll bar? Basically you would have to drill all the mounting holes that were previously made in the 76 in your 79. Body and framework have only slightly changed over the years and I believe that the 76 and 79 are the same.

If it is an autopower bar call IAP they would probably know.
