Thanks Bill. I hope you don't mind, but I just had to send your link to Ron. He'll appreciate all the work you did on this car and know what it all means!

Denise,
I don't mind at all. There seems to be a renewed interest in putting Spiders into competition, and if some good prep ideas get through, that's a good thing. In particular, the stock rear suspension configuration really needs to be modified to get the cornering speed up, and the one I built (with many thanks to Joe Clemente!), really WORKS.

Thanx for the info. Those have to be the best looking wheels Ive seen on a spider. I wonder if I can sell my campys and pick up a set?

Rey,
You can call Alan Paxton At Motorsport Specialties in PA - 800621-8408. He 's the Compomotive Guy.
By the way, the tunnel cover on the racer is a mod to cover the 131 tranny and the Abarth shift mechanism.

Whats the offset on your wheels, and did yoiu have any fitment issues. I noticed your car had spacers. Are the wheels in the 350 price range/ Thanx Reyy
Re: Picture Album Link for E Prod Racer's Rebuilt Spider 2000
Rey,
The wheels are racing wheels, very light (about 11-12#), and the offset is variable by request. They start with very little backspace and cut it down to the offset you need. If I remember (do I remember much at all?...) these wheels were about $165 ea.
My car has always run the spacers, to adjust for track, and to clear the brake calipers.
