Re: Off to paint
We'll Scott called me from the car show apparently it was a bust only about 20 cars showed up!! Really suprizing because it is in the low 80's. So the wife and I decided not to go..............
SO what color??? After gut wrenching switching back and forth I have to go with my first love....
Although BASF has not released the paint I have faith that Scott can match or do better with PPG. He was really hoping for black which made my decision that much harder because I know his body work would have pulled the black off perfectly!
Keeping my fingers crossed

Re: Off to paint
My 2cents Pat, the body work has to be just as perfect for that red as it does for black! You have the car to pull that off with! Go for it!! HOT!! CHILI RED HOT!!

As for the Hot Cili Red Simply STUNNING…Personally I would play around with integrating black as pictured by Broadsword , in any case I don't think you can go wrong

I have a black carbon fiber front spoiler, I am looking al wrapping the rocker panels in black 3M di-Noc carbon fiber film and adding a very small trim piece around the lower rear of the car. Not sure how it will look but worth a try.

Re: Off to paint
WELL..........................???
Matt is going to kick me out of the circle.......
Ok here is the story....a long time ago in a galaxy far far away........
Ok ,it's not my fault but after playing tag with BASF, they don't have the Ruthless Red out yet..you would figure a year would be enough, I have switched yet again......
SO it will be a surprise!! I need another car that way I can have two!! But the design will involve carbon fiber and some real cool electronic modifications
