Funny, I always thought that is a good idea but how would you do this. I just have my tank out, would be a good time now.
Do you need to be licensed for that :?:

Well that depends really, mainly on your states laws that is. You can have a tank or armored personnel carrier (APC) if you have a class 9 license for destructive devices but I don't think this would fall into that category but I am sure ATF would tell me. The question would then be, are the exposed barrels considered brandishing a firearm, probably? I think just cut off machine gun barrels will have to do for me for a while.

Although a flame thrower out of one hole and a machine gun out of another would be good as well as smoke and oil which some Fiats already have would be fun. Man we really got of the original topic of this thread, we are so ADHD.

For the past 22 years I've owned a cabinet and millwork shop specializing in high end kitchen cabinetry, built in's and libraries for the rather wealthy homes we fortunately have on North Shore of Ma...

For the 10 years prior to that, I was in the machine tool trade, installing Japanese CNC Machining Centers and training companies how to use them all over the country....

I'm a Hydrographer, we measure water level and flow in rivers around Tasmania. We've got 80+ sites around the State that we have to maintain, most are accessed by 4WD, some by helicopter. I look after the electronics side of things, data-loggers, instruments, power supplies, data telemetry. It's been interesting reading this thread, there's a few jobs mentioned that I thought would be OK, but not many that would beat what I do.

We've got a 12ft aluminium boat that we use to measure river flow if the water is too deep to wade, when we got it someone suggested a naming competition. A bloke that works here that grew up in the US suggested "Saskatchewan Queen", so no competition, that's what she's called. It's great to see people driving passed, trying to read the name when the boat is upside down on top of the 4wd.

I got my AS degree in business administration from Queensborough Community College. Right now I'm attending Queens College University of New York full time and majoring in History. Work part time at Macy's in support, pay sucks but the 15% employee discount is cool! :)

My staff badge still lists me as a "Spec, Digital Imaging." For many years I developed specialized techniques for scientific and medical imaging publication, presentation and (early on) clinical diagnostics. But I am also a writer, and once again (to my complete surprise) a musician and "recording artist."

Underneath it all I am a bum who likes to sit, think, and as time allows ride and drive cool Italian machines.

Ok, I will jump in here now that I have a new job. I work for Ford Motor Co. Dearborn Mi, as a Global Powertrain Manufacturing Engineer, Engine assembly and test. Our group is responsible for specifying and purchasing the engine assembly and test equipment for all of Ford's new engine programs. I can't tell you what they will be, but expect to see a lot more turbos!

I'm a project manager for large, custom engineered and manufactured industrial equipment projects, mostly in the power or steam plant business, but for a while in the automation business. Everything from high speed assembly and testing power steering gears for light trucks to razors, to photonics components. Nuclear power generation equipment right now (again).

You would think with the kind of talent we have here on the site our Spiders would have 500 horse power and get 100 miles to the gallon or fuel rod? Where are the flux capacitors? 8)

Small, efficient diesels please! Why is no one bringing their European motors here?

I am a release engineer. I usually just say I work in software and hope no one asks for more detail about it. My company runs online casio and poker games which we market to Europe and Asia.
