I had a stainless exhaust made last year and just had the header plasma coated by Zircotec 'antique silver' colour. The pipes under the car look very similar to 4uall's but I'd like to see pictures of his header.

I decided to keep with 2 silencers (mufflers) as I didn't want the noise to be overpowering on long drives.

Simple approach to sound deadening.... Remove hearing aids :),
