Animals have learned that they have little to fear coming into the city to not just eat but live. Their only real threats are dogs and cars. Some cities have hired "Professionals" to help thin out the populations for safety. Those deer are the worst hit and run criminals. Here in Florida an illegal alien can get a drivers license and register a vehicle and they are involved in a high number of auto accidents particularly hit and runs. The worst that happens is they get a free ride back to where ever they came from. Not a political statement just reality. I think the solution is for everyone to drive X19's so the animals just slide over the top.

The deer problem will go away soon fellas. We won't be able to put gas in our cars to mow them down. Look at the bright side, Mike. You won't even have to pay insurance then. 8)
