In the age of online stores and instant ordering, vendors need to be conscious of there of their customers or they will simply go somewhere else. I realize choices are somewhat limited, but more now than those days before the Internet. I can remember buying from Bayless Racing because they were the only source I was aware of. Glad the days of looking through ads in Car & Driver for parts have past. We all have our favorite vendors and can most likely name them in order. Those that do not take care of the customer will find themselves looking for a new line of work.

Hi,

If only one more person thinks twice before spending even one more dollar with them every similar thread will have been worth it.

...How many of us burned by their trademarked "lifting" springs and incorrect brake hose fittings (!) would it take for a class action suit?

i used to advertise in car and driver and road and track for fiat parts :) pre internet
