Hey dj you may want to double up on the valve cover bolt gaskets or grind down the bolts some as well, often times
they bottom out before getting tight which causes the leaking at in least in some cases.

there you go, that's something i didn't think of. however, cam covers were definately bent as well as 4-5 others i've tried, so i had them machined back to flat. seems to be good now, we'll see what happens once the engine is running
