Update: Getting lots of responses on the FiatSpider FaceBook page. #2 is clearly leading the way.

Here is the NC DMV link. 8 characters but some count as half characters so go figure.
If you don't grab SPDRBITE or SPIDRBIT I might!

Proud owner of an '81 Spider with original plate that reads 1BDD128. If only I could have gotten 124 instead, then I would not be thinking about getting a vanity plate.

I like GIOCATTO as well opus. According to the translation sites, Toy is not spelled that way, but my Italian parents used it.

Those are cool NCB, I think I like SPDRBITE better, and yes I know about the character limit. Thanks.

Is 1BDD128 a random plate? My old '74 Spider had a random plate that read 711-ROC, which I liked. I could also try "R&R SPDR" which could stand for Rock & Roll or Rest & Relaxation.

Thanks all!

Am I correct to assume CAPUCINO is taken? ...It REALLY suits your car!

No opus, CAPUCINO is available and under consideration. No votes for it yet, unless you'd like to vote again :)

You're allowed certain liberties on a plate ...I justify ANDIAMMO with skeet shooting.

Yes the 1BDD is a random plate.

Well, I passed inspection today and got my non-vanity plates, so I'm legal. Just need to decide on one and order it.

In other words, I'm still taking votes. :)
