Well, that will come with use.. Takes time to be a REAL Fiat.

I'll just stare at it while it's pretty, then be even happier gettin it dirty over the years..

now to put the rest together and get down the road.

here's a question: pertaining to the oil; separator; the elbow hose to the separator, then up to the carb.. there is an internal tube that goes down deep into the pan: WHY? the oil would otherwise "drip" back from the separator where the tube attaches back into the same place, right? When you almost forget to put this back, you then wonder what would happen if....and with this I couldn't figure why

Finished the build
First start last weekend.. Quite satisfying to have an immediate start (man does the gear reduction starter sound different)
ran it for 20 min @ ~3000 changed oil to break in and been running strong..
new clutch sure feels good and quick (if that makes sense)
week off of work and get to do some driving.. thanks to all for all the help (either asked, or searched)..

Awesome Geo, and yes it does make sense. I continually have to get used to my '69 which has a relatively new clutch and my '71 which has a relatively old clutch...

When are you going to drive down to Livermore and visit with your old buddy old pal Bryan? I probably have some parts for you. Free! I'm just looking to get rid of stuff.

My guess is that your PM folder is full (either the outbox folder or the sent folder). When it reaches 100% full, I think it doesn't send messages although it doesn't tell you that.

I sent you a PM.
