Depends upon your motivating factor. Both should provide about the same power. The 34 ADF will be more expensive, but the 32/36 DFEV will require more "tricks" to install.
Your current carb and the 34 ADF are pretty similar with regards to hooking all the hoses up. You will still use your coolant activated choke and several other hoses including the fuel return line. You may also be able to use your stock air cleaner, as the carbs have the same top design. The good thing about the 34 ADF is that there is a workshop manual for the 32 ADFA which is the 34's identical little brother, It covers everything about the carb including all the adjustments and specs.
The 32/36 DFEV has a shorter base and requires either a 3/4" to 1" carb spacer, or shorter intake manifold studs. The carb spacer is the prefered method. You will also need to block off or plug your coolant activated choke ports at the heater tube and at the rear of the intake manifold and elimenate several hoses.
Ultimatly it will come down to personal preference. As I prefer the ADF, and I know Mark prefers the DFEV.
But you really should think about switching out to an earlier single plane intake manifold to take full advantage of the carb upgrade.

Hmm. I do like the idea of fitting it with a similarly designed carb, but I also like the sound of eliminating some hoses. Decisions, decisions.
