That's an interesting bit of fab work. Which manifold did you start with? Is that the Integrale manifold 131 said fouls the cam gear?

 That was the one I found and got really excited about. That does look like a bit of work to correct. It's good to know the aluminum they cast the intakes from is weldable 'tho.

I order from them the throttle body and the injectors and rail.

Well the intake I purchased from Joe arrived last night and it is gorgeous. The runners were designed to maximize flow, almost perfectly straight out from the head with a slight rise and outwards taper. The Throttle body has about a 55mm plate with a nice horn shape widening to about 80mm at it's inlet. You could probably squeeze a 3" silicone hose adapter over it, the OD is closer to 3.125" with a 3.25" lip... The whole thing from the manifold, to the TPS, to the injectors, it all appears to be brand new

Here's the bad news 'tho :!:
Unfortunately it wants to occupy the exact same space as the brake booster and master cylinder
I'm going to have to see if the brake booster/master cylinder can be relocated or I could pass it along to someone with a RHD Spider

I had the same problem with the delta integrale intake with the volumex MC. The problem was the vaccum fitting. I end up turning the booster 180 degrees so the vaccum fitting is on the wing side.

This is definitely more than a vacuum fitting. If they could both be installed at the same time, the master cylinder would be passing through the center of the main intake chamber. The brake booster would likely need to be moved down to where the steering box currently is or up towards the hood where the resevoir is mounted. This could be a good time to move to a rack & pinion..I've installed some brake boxes on Porsche racecars before that sat really low... I like this intake, but I'm not sure how crazy I want to get.

At least, you know that my system work. I will put back the original MC and keep the booster from the volumex.

the port shape looks completely different from the stock manifold, I don't see how it would match the cylinder head

They're both sitting at slightly different angles in the side by side picture. The casting around the port openings is a bit rough, but it definitely matches the intake gasket. I also held it up to one of my extra heads.
