So where does pulling out of your ass so you can avoid standing behind your product fit in? Would you still have reimbursed the OP if he didn't rant on the forum? It seems like he's banned from the forum for challenging you.

before he posted his rant I had already told him he could get a refund by returning the system. Originally he wanted a repair/replacement, that's why he was instructed to return the parts to Computronix. I posted this once, is it that difficult for you to understand?

My experience has been that Mark stands behind the product. I had a great deal of trouble dialing in the 274FI cams with the engine in the car, (as expected) and he was very helpful via many email and phone call inquiries. (as was Csaba). Mark made a special trip over to the cam manufacturer to inquire on ways to help me get the installation right. Without his\their help I would still be wandering in the desert. Just my observations, I have no dog in this fight other than fairness.

Well I have to agree with Pete (RRoller) Mine failed earlier in the summer.. Mark went out of his way to take my phone call on a weekend and was able to get me a replacement even though mine was out of warranty at no cost. It did take some time for the re-design and testing of the higher heat components, but worth the wait.. In the mean time I reinstalled my standard points ignition and drove the car. You cant beat the service by our trusted venders. Period.
Two side notes.

First, I work as do most folks in a field where customer service/responsiveness counts, and there is always a customer that wants the unreasonable or impossible. We all do our best to manage expectations and communicate options.

Second, I think for most (not all) of us, this is a hobby (loosely termed) and the car is not a daily driver. Parts are available in plenty, but more often than not involve a wait for shipping at a minimum. If the cars were not of a vintage, you could run down to any ole auto parts supplier and get what you need unless it was a dealer specific item. You can still get most parts at Autozone, Advanced Auto, O"Reilly's and the like if you are willing to wait a little longer and pay a premium for shipping and get an aftermarket part and so forth (Guess where most of them get their Fiat parts???) None of them that I know of, and I haven't researched this, offer anything much in the way of aftermarket performance parts for our cars. So we are pretty darned lucky to have the folks that supply/support what we need.

A side bit of advice. Don't install the CompuTronix above the exhaust manifold. Put in the block position under the intake manifold. Far less heat damage there.

Mark,
Happy to see that Creton removed his negative reviews on google and Yelp. You're back to a 5 star status right across the board. :)
