Azruss or others- Is your yellow wire coax? if you can tell. Want to hook it back up but don't want to damage anything else.
I'm a bit clueless.

Finally got a bit of time to sort it. Still don't know what "yellow" wire does, but I peeled back aluminum wire, nipped it short and shrink tubed it, isolating it from copper. Solved...Thanks all who weighed in and helped.. On to the next task
