Update.
I just could not justify spending 40. For a pair of lense gaskets so I made my own. Went to Michael's (craft) store and purchased a 14 x 14 sheet of 3mm Eva foam rubber for 99 cents. Even came in white like original. Since my original gaskets were shot I had to painstakingly create a pattern using card stock. Probably took an hour or two, cut, fit, cut, fit, etc. traced on to the foam and cut with a razor. Worked a charm! Found an old post somewhere on this site.
I am also considering using peel and stick Mylar or chrome to cover the tail light housing avail at sign shop or hobbytown. Someone on this site (again an old post) covered his tail light with the stuff and it looked descent. Not sure of how it would hold up but maybe a coat of clear ??
