Between the pressure (which raises boiling point) and the antifreeze (which raises boiling point) you really don't need to worry about your coolant boiling unless something is wrong w system.

Like was said, if system in good shape, they really don't overheat anyway.

I would never swap antifreeze (proven) for some snake oil (not yet proven)
