Re: Value?
sounds like a deal to me. Gettin' a job is gonna go a long way to bein' able to afford all those performance upgrades.
Re: Value?
there is a pretty good list of links on the FLU.org website. check it out. most of the bigger vendors carry SOME parts that you would need to make your car "Abarthish", but you really need to go look at the list of ALL the vendors so you can be familiar with what they all carry and prices etc...
Re: Value?
Art used to be the guy to go get race parts. maybe he still has some Abarth stuff.

Re: Value?
Looks like a reasonably sound unit. Spider Point also stock a fair bit of stuff to make it look like an Abarth. http://www.spider-point.com

I think the last time it was driven was about two and a half years ago

I didin't see where this was further discussed, but after seeign that pic, I seriously doubt its an Abarth. The fender flare on the pic is that of a traditional spider. Looks like it could be a nice car.

Yeah, I'm not sure if the definitive answer had been made for that question, but that is, without a doubt, NOT an Abarth. It is a sweet looking car, though.JeremyB wrote:I didin't see where this was further discussed, but after seeign that pic, I seriously doubt its an Abarth. Re: Value? (now with *a* pic)
That's kinda what I thought, see when I first looked at it it was dark so I thought it was a two seater and a few other misconceptions like that. but when I looked at it yesterday I saw it did have a rear seat. But what made me think it was an Abarth was that it has an Abarth badge on the hood, what's up with that?

well, do not be in a rush to start that engine. carefully proceeding to remove all of the old-bad gas from the entire fuel system, including the carb or FI
from what i can tell, looks like a nice project for you.

hard to tell with the pic being blurry, but it looks like a virgin dash! no cracks!
