Now it is turning over. But it's not starting again. Like before I changed my fuse. The circuit is completing on either end if my fuse. I tested it.

Thought I had fixed the issue. After a two I cleaned all the relays and made sure all the fuses and inline fuses were clean and making continuity. I warmed the car up in the garage. Turned it off. 30minutes later I fired it up, it started quick then stalled. Now when I try and start it, it just turns over and over and over and doesn't ignite. ECU? Any way to test that?

1hr and 15 minutes later she starts up. No problem. Some sort of temp sensor?

I'm having a little trouble following what's going on here. Is it the fuse holder on the brown with white stripe wire that got it running after you cleaned it up? If so, that wire goes to the dual relay fuel pump side, and the original fuse holder can give you fits. On mine it would make inconsistent contact with the fuse and I'd loose power to the fuel pump. I solved the problem by cutting it out and putting in a standard AGC type fuse holder. When I first got my car it would stall all of the sudden (usually in the middle of a busy intersection) or not start at all occasionally and then start OK all of the sudden. I was new to the L-Jetronic, so it took me a while to isolate the problem. Since doing this I've never had a problem with it. I would recommend this for anyone with factory FI.

It ended up being a problem with the cold start. Not sure if it is the valve or the therm switch.

That's easy to check. Pull the connector and put a test light, or even better a noid light in it and see if it lights up when you start to crank the engine. If it does the switch is working. You can pull the injector and see if it's spraying while you crank. This would be better with a helper so you can point it into a container and not spray fuel where it might get near the starter.
