82 gas tank

So I found some small holes in my tank....any fixes? Or is it a new tank?

That filter with the three lines running off of it, is this something that is special order for Fiat? or should I be able to get that from an auto store? there is also another filter under the car before the fuel pump if I'm not mistaken?
