Anybody here order a new 500 ??

I received a call this morning from FiatUSA and asked if I still wanted to reserve a car. I said yes and was told that there were a number of glitches on the website and many reserved cars didn't get the process finalized. He gave me a choice of numbers to reserve, the lowest being #78.

I also received two emails. I wonder if you had to include your FLU member number to place an order? I ordered #19 at Freakout so I'm good.

Congrats Mark,Im glad you got one.I think anyone ho really wants one ,should go ahead and put themselves on the list.There will surely be some people who dont like the pricing,etc.. Also,I am willing to bet some of those snapped up the other night,are people in just to try to turn a profit on a LE car.They may drop out if they feel that isnt feasible.Then you have the Denise's of the world.. who needs to unload some junkers to have a place to park it !! I am holding out for the Prima Edizione 500 pickup truck,extended cab, and of course 4 wheel drive.C'mon somebody,photoshop that one !
