Front End Creaking Noise

Have you replaced ALL the suspension bushings? That's what I plan on doing next. Hopefully, that'll solve the problem.

Yes, but not the sway bar or sway bar bushings, or anything related to the lower control arm. I hope it's not a cracked cross member..

Can a cracked cross member be wlded to repair or is replacement recommended?
