Hi All, Just wonder if this company is still in business, I e-mailed them 2x in the last week and a half and no response. Anyone deal with this company before?
Cheers

Received parts in ten days when I ordered earlier this year, but I placed an order directly from their Web store; did not require any conversation.
Re: Spider-point.com
emails are a bad way to judge if a company is operational or not sometimes they ignore emails because of over whelming
numbers of spam hits etc etc . Try calling them look up time zones online and purchase a calling card to save some
money on international calling .

For information, I placed an order last night at 10pm (European time) via their webpage and had an e-mail confirmation of the shipment leaving their building at 10am this morning. They are definitely in business, and very quick.

Definitely in business. They will process your order the same day and the only delay is how long for the post to reach you.

Yes, they are in business, but on holidays!!
They have done two holiday weeks, in Germany the schedule is so different. I bought several spares there and always with fantastic results. Some months ago they sent to me one brake booster and tow week after instaled it falls. Now, I have another one for free to replace it, so I am a happy customer
