He's a man of his word, fast, helpful and friendly. If your not doing business with him, start.

I'd have to concur with this statement. Mark's expertise and willingness to share it with us knuckleheads is invaluable to me!

It's a Mark Allison love fest! I have to add my agreement to this thread. Good mechanic. More importantly, good Fiat mechanic. Most importantly, good man.

He had my car shipped to his shop on his dime, doing an extreme makeover.....ha

Nah, just him going above & beyond the call of duty. He really loves his work and our cars. Hopefully mine will be running by Sunday.

Heck, I'll send my 70 over on my dime, Mark. It just needs a tweek or two. Hadn't run in 28 years.

I need to add my accolades as well.
Mark was off and away at SEMA. I placed an order, and lo and behold, it arrived.
Just magical.

I too will add my accolades. Mark was willing to take back a rebuilt auxiliary air valve I bought from him that didn't seem right. He had it re-rebuilt and shipped to me, gratis. It turns out, that when "cold" the opening is normally rather small. Mark is indeed exemplary of true customer service.

Not to detract from my accolades for Mark, but I have also had exemplary service from Ramzi at Auto Ricambi.

Mark has helped me out many a time, including just recently, when he was unable to assist directly, he recommended one of his competitors to get the part that I needed. Now that's the spirit to keep these old Fiats running! Thanks Mark!
