I just saw a post on CL and thought i would like to take it one step further. Here is the original post directed at keyword users:
Guys, to the best of my knowledge, keywords are prohibited on CL, for the very good reason that they clutter up a search with totally unwanted posts.
Please refrain from using them in your posts.
I'm searching ONLY for a Fiat Spyder and I just keep seeing all these other ads that throw in keywords for just about everything except a 56 Desoto.
Do you really think I'm going to want your BMW or Acura if I'm searching for a FIAT? Hint: The correct answer is "no".
Please trust us: If we want your Bimmer, we know how to search for it, and your jamming up the searches with unwanted posts just wastes everyone's time and energy.

What I would like to see happen is for us to flag these posts as prohibited, then these listings will start to dissapear as posters who use non relavent keywords start to get the hint when their posts get deleted and maybe change their tactics.
