new 500 performance parts

Post by So Cal Mark »

One of my goals at SEMA was to find connections for perf parts for the new 500. I'm happy to announce we'll have adjustable coilovers, lowering springs, cat-back exhaust, cold air intake, strut brace, leather seat kit and a supercharger kit! I'm looking fwd to turning my 500 into a nasty little street-fighter

March is when they told us at Freakout. Perhaps they weren't as clear in the followup sale.

Don't worry before you know it you will be scrambling to figure out how to pay for the stupid thing.

I'm hoping the car will be reasonably priced and I won't have to scramble too hard. Even though there are a lot of unknowns in this deal, I still have the option to back out of it and every Fiat I've bought has been an unknown so I guess this isn't all that unusual!

Denise

What was the price quote you have for the new 500 or is that unknown still and did they give you options
to choose from like the Abarth setup etc etc ?

Price is unknown. Some people are speculating it will be between $15-18K. The only options we had to choose from were the colors red, white or grey, sunroof or no sunroof and engine heater block or no engine heater block. The car will have a 6 speed maunual transmission with a 1.4L Multi air engine. Interior will be black.
