Hi there, I think it's time for a new starter for my 1800, but I'm not sure if there's a difference between one for this engine, and one for the two liter engine.
Is there a part number that I need, or is there an easy way to identify the one I need? I'm confused because I'm not sure what year car my engine came from. It's in my '69, and it's an 1800 that says "132 AB" on the block by the spark plug holes. I also see that it came out of a coupe because it says 1800 coupe on the timing belt cover.
Oh yeah, I'm new. Hi! Thanks in advance for any help, including points in the right direction.
What starter do I need?

starter
This is the cheapest remanufactured starter for a 1800 engine.

The actual store name may be different where you live. You may also have to have it shipped. Orders over $50 are shipped free.
It beats a $100 starter from the usual sorces.
