What is a Fiat camp? Got any pic's?

I had a black 1983 Fiat Spider from 1997 through 2001 that I sold and regretted the moment I handed over the keys. I called the new owner back in 2007 to see if he would sell it back. He told me that he would not sell it and would take it to his grave.

In June of 2009, I saw a black 1983 Fiat Spider on CraigsList. I immediately sent an email to find out more about it. My wife saw the response to my email and called me and told me to get right over there to check it out. She usually is not so thrilled with me looking for another convertible while I already have one.

I went over that afternoon and discovered that it was my old car. The owner moved all the way from New Hampshire to Washington state and back again. He was nice enough to totally restore the car, including a trip to Performance Apex in Seattle for a full engine rebuild. Needless to say, the car is in my garage again. I had to give up my Audi TT Quattro Roadster but I think it was a good compromise, but I would like to have another one of those some day...

Had every kind of air-cooled VW there was including a Ghia convertible.
I had a '64 Corvair (110 hp, 4spd) in the late '80s. Great car, totally reliable and surprisingly fast. Cured me of the VWs.
I miss my 77, 78, & 79 Toyota Celicas I also had in the '80s and '90s.
Also in the late 80s, had a '70 International Travelall 4WD with 396 engine. It was THE BEAST. Sold due to overwhelming rust.
Owned about 24 cars, trucks, & vans from age 20 to 32 and 4 since.
No fun cars for almost 20 yrs (married with kids) until last year's spider purchase.
