camshafts 180 degree off

Was doing a timing belt change and I discovered that at TDC the camshafts are not pointing at the bracket pointers but away looks like 180 degree off.
What do I have to do to turn the camshafts in the right location because I tried to turn them but they are not moving that much.

Turn the crankshaft around 1 more revolution, and your cams will be lined up on the marks. The crankshaft turns twice for every 1 turn of the camshafts.

I will put the old timing belt back and try to put the cams and crank back where they were because they did move.
