Finally Complete and winning

Post by SpiderJim »

Well, I finally relocated to Fernley Nevada or Ferntucky as the locals call it. I think they say that cause the Waffle house night shit have four teeth between them. Anyhow, A beautiful warm sunny day for Blondies first outing and classic car show. She was surrounded by lot's of American muscle who grimaced as they gave her sideways glances.

She soon strutted her stuff letting everyone know that she is still an elegant italian lady with all the right curves. One mature lady told me that she lost her virginity in a spider!! I said.... Well, I guess you must have been a bit of an acrobat!. She gave me a sly smile. So after sitting for six hours in the hot sun we where rewarded with best foreign car with a nice check attached. The show was at the Silverado Casino in Fernley. Funny story. The guy next to me with a bondo filled Mustang got progressively drunk after sucking beers all day. After I won he said that they should not allow foreign cars at classic car shows. Oh Well!! What rates a classic car?

Congrats Jim. You put a tremendous amount of time, effort and innovation into the car so I can imagine how good this recognition must feel.

All right Jim! Way to go. There will always be a sore loser, especially if their drunk. He was just mad that your car had better lines. Anyways, the car looks good. I can't wait to take mine to it's first show. :P
