We exchanged e-mails back and forth but it fell apart. I ultimately still haven't heard back from the guy. Oh well.

I ended up taking it to Speedway Imports in Hollywood. For what I was able to pay, they did a pretty impressively good job. By all rights, the whole car needs to be repainted and there are some other things that probably should have been fixed as well, but hey -- I'm back on the road and it didn't kill my bank account. Plus, the car now has the proper hood for its year -- it previously had the later model hood with the larger bulges. I like the original look better.

Straightened the frame, new hood, new fender, painted the new parts and polished the rest of the car. $1400.
