What a deal! Did you tell him you just wanted it for scrap metal? He probabily stole the carbs for his VW.

There were tons of carbs there, cheap. Right across from this guy another guy had new weber 44 idf,s with manifolds linkage and filters for 300.00. Almost bought that set up to flip on ebay.
