Can I fit a hardtop over a ragtop or do I need to take out the soft top to fit?

I have had two hard top. You just fold the soft top down and install the hard top onto the vehicle. The soft top does not need to be removed from the vehicle. Hope this helps

and you cannot have the soft top up with the hard top installed. They both need the same mounting locations above the windshield.
