No, we won't be there, either, much to my disappointment. Dixie was one of the best events I've ever attended, but I just can't bring myself to be on the road Labor Day Weekend. Our options for North/South routes are very limited and all terrible that week.

Glad you got a chance to drive it. Sorry it wasn't running as well as it looked. I am new to the whole carbs and points world and still feeling my way around. Fuel injection/electronic ignition may be more difficult to diagnose initially, but once you do identify the problem, you replace the part and you are back in business. The endless adjustments/tuning with twin carbs and ignition points to get it to run perfectly is a black art that I have yet to master

No, it's definitely Cindy's (I revised it, just to be safe). And Claire has already laid claim to it in 6 years when she reaches driving age .

BTW, did you notice in the picture Ariel (the Italian head of communications for Fiat NA), hanging with my wife when I wasn't around??? She was loving every minute!

I did notice.I also noticed she was the only person there that actually got to sit in her car!! Hmmmmm She's really a great girl.This FFO was nice ,in that It seems we got to spend more time with people than in years past. Good move tagging the new car as Cindy's

Aha! Let the record show exhibit "B" below. My wife sitting in one of the Fiat 500s that no one else was allowed anywhere near. And it was Ariel that arranged for her to sit in it! Busted. Notice she is sporting her new Fiat watch in the photo as well. I wonder if she paid for it ?
