the bad thing i find when working on a project car during the winter, is that the running prized possessions are frequently farmed out to neigboring garages, or in a distant town not accessible for that weekly FIAT FIX many of you enjoy on a daily basis.

I guess what keeps me going during this time are the forums like this.

i have a 'government project' coming up real soon, and need to know the wheel base of a Spider. anyone have that measurement handy? in inches, please.

According to the service manual: from center of the front wheel to center of rear wheel is 2280mm X .03937 = 89.76 inches. Does that help?
