I was watching the movie 'stripes' yesterday, and lo and behold, Bill Murray drives a spider!

Dadnapped by Disney. This show was filmed in SLC and the car was for sale for a loooong time being sold as a "movie" car.

I was just watching this stupid Goosebumps TV show that my 6 year old likes. There was some episode with monsters on it and they were having some Monster Game Show, well during that Game show, the monsters broke for a monster commercial and on said commercial was a late model red spider. That isn't on that list posted above. i guess they can't have them all. The Episode (I just checked, it was a rental dvd) is "One Day at Horrorland"

Their is a red spider in the Terminator (parking lot scen) and in the movie Vacation with Chevy Chase parked out front of the gun store where he buys the BB gun.

there is a purple on in the v show just the 10 of us. i is the eppisode where the girls start to sing at the pizza shop. and the 1970"s movie van nyes blvd.

Does anyone remember a French police flick where the guy jumps from one building to another in a Fiat 124? That was a wild car. That's only thing I remember about that movie.

A friend of mine from Turbo 124 posted this :

"So I'm watching my way through the whole X-Files Box Set (92 DVD's) and I came across Season 7, Episode 20: "Fight Club".

This turned out to be a rather average episode - EXCEPT - the stars of the show are matching Red and Blue Fiat (pininfarina, whatever, Adrians ) 124 2000 Spiders! Really cool to see so much of the cars! If someone can help put up a link so people can watch it - I searched without success....

I saw an episode of the new SyFy series Warehouse 13 that showed one of the characters filling up his Fiat Spider (big bump hood generation if I remember correctly). The same character then poured the gasoline on himself and lit himself on fire. The Fiat was fine though.

What about the one from "Fletch" when Fletch jumps in the Spider driven by JimBob from The Waltons? They are running from the police and JimBob tells Fletch that he stole the car. Classic. There's also one in the movie Hanky Panky with Gene Wilder and Gilda Radner.
