Haha! Dan, I haven't bought a new car since 1987 and it only lasted 10 months. My new Fiat may very well be a used one.

Denise,I feel your best bet is to get a new 500.That way,when you blow the engine its covered under the warranty

You guys are relentless!....but, a rev limiter isn't a bad idea.
