Site isn't uploading right

There are no post buttons within the topics. The icons aren't all there. Something is wrong with the site uploading all the info.

Mine's not. I'm still missing all of the icons, smilies, and post buttons.

Same here... something weird is going on.... icons not showing... post buttons appear whenever they want... reply with quote is gone?
