Another small bumper car

Post by TomS »

So, parted out my 72 spider, gone. Had to replace it with another small bumper car. Here is what I picked up. Has current inspection, drives well, motor has oil leak, puddles around the forward sparkplug. The color, I think will grow on me. Here are some pics. http://s784.photobucket.com/home/TomS_03/index

Hey, nothing wrong with orange. Some people even choose it on purpose!
It looks like it's in very good shape. Congratulations.

I will have to figure out the oil leak. Most likely cam cover, cam box gaskets.
Thanks

That is a great car with lots of potential. Orange was the original color and I think you should keep that color. The rarer the original color the higher the value. Congrats, James

Thanks, but the Po painted the car, it was originally light blue. It is staying orange, I think it looks pretty good.
