That looks great. Mine is a low budget build. The front end was rattle can except for the control arms, I wire wheeled the calipers and I have rotors on order which will make things look better. Carpet came yesterday so that is next on the list then I tackle the top. More pics to follow after those projects.

I thought I was the only one using a SuperTrap on a Fiat, I took a Ansa off because I like to be heard. It makes the car sound angry.

Looking good my friend!
Glad to see progress being made. Now we just need to get as many as possible of our Utah group together each month.

Ciao!

Bill. The protecto wrap was found at Home Depot. I have been told that Dynamat and like products are just relabeled home products. This product is found in the windows section and is used to seal around windows when first installed. It is a very sticky tar like product with plastic backing that comes in a roll.

Brent. Yes we do, so.....be there or be square.

Does anyone know where I can pick up a CS2 header bow at a reasonable cost. I use IAP for a lot ofd items but htis one does not seem reasonable,. Parts cars anyone? The inside of the header bow of the car I picked up last month is trashed and latched were hanging in place. I have both 30 and 40 mm latches so as long as the corners are rounded 79' or later is should work on the 82 I picked up.

Rook: Thanks for the tip on Home Depot.

Did you Protecto Seal over the drain plugs in the floor boards? Or do you have another way of draining water out of the compartment if needed?

I removed the existing rubber plugs and reinstalled after. As for the V cuts in the rear pan I have not done anything yet and probably wont since they were originally covered form the factory.

As you may have seen I posted that I need a header bow for my top but after a little searching on the net I am now not sure so I need your help. Here is what I have.

'71 header bow. Definitely early style.

Top purchased from individual of unknown year but was told it was for early style top. To me this looks round compared to my bow.

Image

Image from TopsOnline showing differences. Looks a lot like my top.

Will this top work on my bow?

I havent glued the flaps or the top bows yet., I may make some adjustments first. So if a bow looks out of place it may be.
