New Wind Deflector

Post by lanciahf »

Since I do a lot of top down highway driving due to the activity of NJFIATS.org (Did you like how I threw that in there??)
I thought it would be a great idea to try one of Brady 's new wind deflector. I was skeptic at first but its unbelievable how nice it is to drive on the highway with one of these. Buffeting is gone, easy to have a conversation, totally transfers the driving dynamic of the car. The spider feels like a coupe with a sunroof open. See the pictures below

those do work wonderfully. Brady was very clever to devise the headrest attachments. Do they still fit if you have his seat belt guides installed?

Of course they fit :!: As you can see in the third pic down. Ralph is using the cheaper seat belt guide version with the deflector.

Jim - let me know if you're going to order one of these from Brady - we'll make it two and split the shipping.

Bruce and Jim, I would buy one too, depending on the price. I would think it will be almost as cheap to send three as two. Share the shipping cost of course.

Question. I see the attachment points at the head rests. Does the wind at freeway speed not move that wind deflector around? Is it very stable in its position?
Thanks

Launie,Jim and Bruce, I've contacted Brady regarding the screens. Going to get a price delivered to Oroville WA.(I need one as well) Perhaps all could be sent there and when hopefully I catch up with you later this month hand them out.(If he has enough in stock) I pop down there and get away from any brokerage fees the ups people seem to want when comming accross the line.
