Hey y'all!
My family has just booked out flights for Hawaii this June.
We're flying into and staying on Kauai, up in Princeton (at the BaliHai Wyndham Resort)
My wife and I would love to get over and see the USS Arizona Memorial while we're over there. We've also heard that the Polynesian Cultural Center is a must-see. But I'm having difficulty finding travel between islands!
I'm hoping some of y'all locals over there can help me out abit?
Or maybe there are others who've done the same thing?
Thanks in advance!

Just use the helicopter on the back of your Yacht? Why does everyone make things so complicated? See I am a problem solver.

Great to hear that someone will be coming down to this remote neck of the woods. As far as travel between islands goes, you have some great choices to go between. Flying, flying, or my favorite, FLYING The islands are close enough to make the flights roughly 30min-1hour, but not close enough to have any feasible form of sea travel(i.e. boats). And while we did have a little thing called the Super Ferry(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawaii_Superferry) it didn't last long due to some unfortunate rulings.
If you are wanting to do a day trip over to oahu to visit the Arizona and PCC, you should have no problems flying over in the morning, renting a car and doing your activities, and then heading back over to kauai in the evening.

For inter island travel, some of the major airlines will fly from Maui/Kaui to Oahu, but its usually a stop over to fuel up before heading to the west coast.
Your best bet for inter island travel will be with Hawaiian airlines. Go airlines was in business for a while and had great deals, but I don't know if they are still in business.
Keep us posted on your plans, maybe we can meet up and have some beers, sorry Boogie you're not old enough, haha.

Re: travel between islands in Hawaii?
Hey, thanks for the tips and suggestions!
We're headed-over there mid-june. Staying 10 days. Not bringing the kids!
So far it looks like My wife and three of her sisters..... and me!
I can hear it now: "Hey! Who's that fat-guy with those Hot-Chicks?"
Keep the ideas comin' if there are more!
And Manoa: you might need to save me from the women one night, and show me the town!

Did you say 3 sisters...and they are hot? I think it will be the other way around, you will need to save them from me. Just kidding, I'm already spoken for.
