new category in the Technical area
I decided to start a separate area for Wheels and Tires rather than lumping them into Suspension. I felt there was enough activity in each subject to warrant their own areas. It would be nice to hear more reviews from owners about the tires they've chosen

Can we make it so this section does not require login info? There are certain computers (work) that I prefer not to log in to. I understand with the classifieds but I dont think it is necessary for this one.
