I would like to know what the green dot in the upper left corner of the avatar box means.
Also where do you find out what the arrows and stars are for?

The green dot means that person is logged in and on line at that moment.
Stars mean that topic has at least 20 or 25 responses.

an arrow means there is an indian nearby
