Though they cite the 79+ Spider as the co, the picture showed a '78 model. Though it has the 79+ hood, the side marker lights, seats, wood steering wheel, side mirrors, and door handles are '78. OOOOOOOPS!
Glad to see some positive notes about the Spiders. Nearly everyone who sees my car compliments it...even my coworker whose husband owned an early 70s Spider that broke down constantly. She said "I used to kick his car every time I walked by it." She said mine looked much nicer.
