I really enjoy looking at the pic's. Especially since it's freezing outside here. It keeps me motivated knowing the direction mine is going. I really like the headlight covers on the red Fiat. Where can I get a set of these? Is there a downside to having them? Since our cars are low. They would seem to give some protection to the headlight.

I just noticed what was wrong with those pics! You guys are wearing heavy jackets. That ain't natural. So, yours is the black one. Very nice and glad to meet you. I had the opportunity to meet Red when I was in Jacksonville a few years ago.

radiopilot wrote:Nice pics and looks to have been a great turnout... Red107's interior looks like my interior only mine is a little lighter in color... overall Red107 you have a beautiful car... nice cars shown in those photos... I wish I were able to take my two Spiders to those shows...

Thanks for the compliment. I was working on the dash today and crack the instrument panel  I'm currently trying to repair it.
So Cal Mark wrote:that green is an interesting color, and I think looks more appropriate on a late model Spider. That black Spider, sans bumpers, is just begging for a pair of lights in the old bumper holes.
I was expecting to see a layer of snow on the ground though
Mark, I had it painted 10 years ago in Washington while I was deployed. The color was supposed to be original smoke gray metallic Which has a green tint to it. Looks more of a olive green to me. Anyway when I returned he said the mix didn't come out right. He offered to repaint it. But we had to pack up and move to Florida. The color is different and has grew on me. I was unsure about it at first but I have learned to live with it. Over the past ten year it has has some dings and scratches. it will be painted once again. I currently working on the front turn signal replacement as for I added the early style bumpers. I'm mixed on the look of the early bumpers. But we will see. I'm sure I will change my mind several times before I Pull the trigger

Red

If you are gonna go back to original bumpers. I want first dibs on the ones on the car now.

Denise in the mornig when most of the photos where take it was 45 dgrees with 15-20 MPH winds. The show was across the street from the marina. So we had a nice bay breeze going. Plus us Florida peopel are big wusses when it comes to the cold.

Andrew,
I was such a wuss... I stopped by wal-mart on the way home and got me some gloves. I was second guessing disconnected the heater 7 years ago.
