I had a Lincoln exactly like that with the exception of those gynormous rims. FYI. Did you know that they make clear rims for cars too? google it. Very spendy.

2g's each :shock: . and they don't seem to be too practical. I saw a funny comment about them. "they're kinda like strippers with clear heels... look but you can't drive em home." :D

i did not know that... but i DO know that somewhere in Detroit, you can rent rims and tires by the week. :shock:

Wow, a car sitting that high. I hope they reinforced the gas tank area. Getting rear ended would be a disaster.

Did you try any engine clear on the polished areas? I was wondering if it would be better to clear the polished items or just keep cleaning them up from time to time. I appreciate your answer.

I didnt clear my polished pieces, Ill have to try it. Dont think the paint would stick very well. There is a product made for putting on polished pieces. Its used on bike parts alot. Works well and its pricy.
