the wheels look just fine...alloy...produced in 1972.
Are they american ????
has anyone ever heard of this maker ? gimme some info plz....I wasn't able to find anything on.line

Alfa Romeo , Fiat, Mini, ...
OSCAM no longer exist.

I wasn't able to find an OSCAM wheel that resembled this design

I read that Indianapolis was a distributor in France- Paris that distributed wheels cast by FPS (Fratelli Pedrini Sarezzo), an Italian wheel maker. Can't find confirmation for that either

from the pics I saw in your link it would seem they are MOMO Indianapolis

but I didn't see the MOMO logo anywhere.....hmmm...could be...THX !

May be Momo sold them but they are OSCAM wheels (thats whats there written in german)
